Do I need to print my $10 certificates in order to use them?
Nope! If you aren’t able to print your $10 rewards certificates, your server can look them up for you at the restaurant by using your member number.
Can I use more than one $10 certificate at a time?
Absolutely! You may combine as many certificates as you’d like.
What is my member number?
For all members who signed up for our Rewards Club after January 2013, your member number is the phone
For members who signed up before January 2013, your member number is a nine digit number that was printed on your plastic Rewards Card. As long as we have a phone number linked to your account, you are able to use either a card or a phone number to gain and redeem points. Questions about this? If I still have my old card, can I use it to gain and redeem points?
If I no longer have my old card, can I use my phone number?
Yes, as long as the phone number you are using matches the phone number you provided on your original enrollment form. Not sure or have questions? Email us at email@example.com

Send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org so that we can make sure that all of your information is correct and up to date.
